相关疾病:Defects in Tnfrsf13c are a cause of severe B-cell deficiency. B-cell deficient strain A/WySnJ has a 4.7 kb insertion in the BAFFR gene leading to an altered C-terminus. The mutant RNA is not detectable. B-cell lymphopoiesis is normal, but the life span of peripheral B-cells is much reduced.
