TNFRSF1B
TNFRSF1B（TNF receptor superfamily member 1b）为TNF受体超家族成员，也称为TNFR2，主要表达在肿瘤微环境中的Treg细胞和多种肿瘤细胞中（如卵巢癌和肠癌）。TNFR2与受体TNF结合后，通过激活典型和非典型的NF-kB通路来控制细胞的生存和增殖。大量研究显示，TNFR2抑制剂能够特异性抑制在肿瘤微环境中高表达TNFR2的Tregs的功能，同时特异性杀伤肿瘤细胞，用于抗肿瘤治疗；而TNFR2激活剂则可以激活Tregs细胞，抑制效应性T细胞（Teff），进而下调免疫反应，可以用于自身免疫疾病治疗。随着对于新靶点的不断深入挖掘，TNFR2的重要性日渐受到关。TNFR2已经成为免疫逃逸、肿瘤生长以及检查点阻断抵抗性的潜在诱因。TNFR2抑制剂抗体则能够抑制肿瘤相关Tregs的增殖和功能。

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized LTA (CSB-MP013218HU) at 5 μg/ml can bind human TNFRSF1B, the EC50 is 1.632-2.699 ng/ml.
